AI based Sensorless Induction Drive Controller
Our AI based optimised sensorless controller trained for generating and motoring and effectively switched between two with a variety of simulated load and speed conditions. These controllers invariant to parameter drift and requires only invertor current and voltage sensor input.
PMSM vs Induction Drive for Plugin Hybrid
One of the benefit that induction drive has is flux variability which PMSM lacks so perform inefficiently in wider speed range specially during generation. Thus two PMSM motor gen are required. Induction drives are difficult to control and requires expensive transducer for stability which is subject to failure,thus discouraged in vehicles and PMSM are used.
Transmissionless Design
Our single motor gen design utilize planetary gears and electronic clutch to provide plugin drive without any transmission. Drive can automatically control motoring/generating operation as per the engine speed,mode and battery charging state.
